Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Do you teach HONESTY?

One day a woman sent me a letter. In the letter she asked me permit her daughter not to attend the choir rehearsal because her daughter was sick. The letter was brought given to me by the daughter. Before I opened the envelope, I asked the daughter what her problem was. She said she couldn't join the rehearsal because
she would go some place with her mom. It didn't matter to me until I opened and read the letter.
This did not happen only once. Almost every year, my colleagues find such letters form parents. Why do parents ask their children to be honest while they do the opposite?
